  • What to expect from body-mind practices and how to find the right approach for you

This class is designed to be reflective, accessible and practical.

Module 1 — The Body as a Map

Key ideas

  • The body carries our experiences, emotions and relationships, not just the mind

  • From birth, our experiences begin to leave imprints in our bodies

  • Six natural energy impulses flow through us: introversion, extroversion, sadness, joy, fear and anger

  • When these flows become stuck, they can manifest as chronic tension and shape our posture and structure

💡 Takeaway

Your body is not separate from your story: it is your story, written in muscle, posture and sensation.
